A number of the training videos we’ve produced over the years were for carriers looking to ensure the consistency of the messaging they provided their drivers. But we’ve also worked with industry suppliers to develop videos that offered customers valuable information that improved their user experience.  Below is a list of driver-specific training videos in our portfolio:
- pre-trip inspections
- 5th wheel
- axle settings
- proper parked re-gen procedures
- dangerous goods training
- in-cab technology training
- in-cab heater inspections

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT - KRISKA TRANSPORTATION GROUP
Up till recently, Kriska held individual town hall-style meetings at each terminal every January.  Typically lasting half a day, they consisted of up to six department heads giving power point presentations.  To attend, drivers were forced into a lose-lose choice between time away from their family and time away from the road.
Three years ago, Kriska approached us about replacing the town halls with a video presentation.  We went in and taped each department head in front of a green screen and combined that with their presentations.  The result was a 15 chapter video presentation that drivers could access online.
THE RESULT:  The project was an overwhelming success that left drivers happy because they could watch it where and when they wanted, managers were happy because it saved them time and reduced travel, and operations was happy because it increased driver morale and productivity.
The four videos below are representative samples of the larger presentation.
I’m happy to report that the driver training videos are saving us both time and money, while at the same time ensuring all our drivers receive the same, consistent messaging.Denise Elliott, Safety Manager, Kriska Transportation Group
